We require a deposit by credit card for most appointments.
We require a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
If you do not show or show too late to perform your service you also will forfeit your deposit.
Groupon vouchers will be honored as your deposit but will be forfeited if we do not receive a 24 hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling, no shows and late shows.
Deposits will be returned to your card if you give a 24 hour notice.

Some services will require you to fill out forms for your appointment to be completely booked. After booking please make sure you received a confirmation for your appointment otherwise rebook or call us to confirm.
